What is User Insights?

User Insights is a new analytics view inside Coral Messaging that shifts the lens from conversations to the people having them, showing seller-level data for WhatsApp sales teams: which sellers have onboarded to Coral, their messaging activity, and configurable performance KPIs. It sits alongside a chat-level view covering all WhatsApp conversations on the account, giving managers and admins two complementary views:

  1. Chats — insight into all WhatsApp chats across your account, scoped to your permission level. This is the conversation-level view: volume, activity, and health across every client chat your team runs on WhatsApp.
